What should I do if my package is lost?
1.Review the tracking status
First, we recommend checking the tracking information to see if there are any updates or delivery confirmation
2.Contact the shipping carrier
if the tracking shows it was delivered but you didn’t receive it, please check with your neighbors or local carrier. Sometimes packages are left in secure locations nearby.
3.If the package still hasn’t been found
If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, Go ahead and get in touch with the carrier to file a claim as soon as you can.
We’ll work closely with the shipping company to investigate and find the best solution for you.
Our policy on lost packages
To make sure you receive your order without any issues, please double-check that your shipping address is correct. Unfortunately, we can't take responsibility for any problems once the package has been delivered to the address you provided.
1.If the package was lost due to an address error on our part, we will either resend the order or issue a full refund to the customer.
2.If the correct address was used but the package was lost due to the shipping carrier, we will offer either a 50% refund.
3.If we shipped to the correct address and the carrier confirms successful delivery to that address and provide the proof of delivery or a signature confirmation, we cannot be held responsible for any loss.

Due to hygienic reasons we only exchange items that have not been opened, worn or tampered with.Your order may be exchanged if you did not receive the correct item you ordered. (example- You ordered 20" wig & received a 14".)
What kind of product can be accepted?
All hair products are not eligible for exchange or refund after USE.
This includes:
1.Returned items must be in their original condition — unwashed, unused, and with the curl pattern intact.
2.We do not accept returns if the hair has been washed, altered, or if the curl pattern appears tangled or inconsistent due to improper handling.
3.All returns must be approved in advance and shipped back within the specified return period.
1.) Your lace has already been cut.
2.) The bundles or tape ins have been installed.
3.) Lace has been ripped.
4.) Hair has been dyed.
5.) You have installed your hair product.
How can ship the hair back ?
Before shipping back, please email us firstly for the shipping address. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. We have all the rights to refuse the package if you send it back without our permission.

We can offer returns for the items that have not been worn or tampered with.
Email us within 7 days to make an application for return. Emails received after 7 days will not be taken into consideration.
How can i do first?
Please email us with photos of the hair for our reference. We will reply with return instructions after confirming it's in consistency with our policies.
Any packages posted without our consent will not be accepted.

Please don't bother to send the box, you can pack the wig directly with the express bag. Customers who don’t follow the return instruction will be responsible for extra shipping fee caused.
Can I refuse the package?
Please do not refuse to sign for your package. If you want to return your hair, please sign for your package first and contact us. Or you will have to pay the high customs fee resulted from not following our instructions. The product must be in its original state.
